Right from the jump, Bald Eagle was prompt (we got a quote the same day we requested it from the owner even though he was about to leave on a trip!), professional, communicative, and extremely fair in price. In fact, Bald Eagle quoted us almost half of what other companies offered for the same service. That should have made us nervous, but any anxiety was quelled when the team showed up, clearly communicated the work they were going to do, and then completed the work quickly and with skill. We are now enjoying evenings on our beautiful, crack-free patio with money to spare! We have noted Bald Eagle as the company we will choose to complete our next concrete project, and so should you!"

They went above and beyond with the finishing touches, landscaping, and clean-up. The patio looks fantastic, we are very pleased with the result. The owner even personally met with us upon completion to ensure we were completely satisfied with how everything turned out. "I'd really like to give a better review, but the communication with Blue Construction is just bad. I spoke with Nancy & she gave me a date they would start work. Nobody showed up that morning. I called & found out the email telling me a different start date was sent to a wrong email address. They had a completely different customers work order under my name & it took several conversations with them for them to realize this. So most of the information I was given for the first half of the job was incorrect, late, or non existent. I had to call my town to confirm their work passed the initial inspection & call Blue Construction to tell them before they would continue work. They did take $200 off the balance due because of all the issues & that was appreciated. The quality of work is really good. I am extremely pleased with the end result but I don't think I will use them again because of how bad the communication was. Also, I had to call my town after the work was completed to schedule."
