Harp Construction secured all needed permits, removed our front patio with jackhammer, hauled it away, laid new stone, rebar & wire, and poured and smoothed a beautiful new concrete patio. The owner himself did our job & he is by far the hardest worker, very knowledgeable, and experienced. Plus he was a pleasure! He totally cleaned up & left our project perfect! He arranged & passed every village inspection with flying colors! I highly recommend Harp Construction.

We had a very good experience with Lalo and his daughter Hailey who is the scheduler and go between. This is a family business with lots of experience in concrete. Lalo installed a new big concrete driveway with sophisticated drainage pipes to our backyard. We're very happy and grateful for their work. A job well ð   done.

On one of the hottest days this summer, the Harp crew arrived on time and did exactly what was quoted. The pour was quick and efficient and the finisher is a craftsman as the final surface is beautiful. In short, the Harp folks did a fantastic job, there was no hassle, only honesty, quality and a willingness to work with us to get the project completed. Heily kept us appraised of the dates, times and contract details is a most professional manner. Lalo and crew did an outstanding job. This is a family business, with excellent service, competitive prices and a definite willingness to work with us to get what we/the city wanted completed. I very much enjoyed working with Lalo and Heily and would highly recommend them.

Quick and friendly

We had an excellent experience with Heily and Lalo from beginning to end of the reconstruction of our front walkway and stoop. Lalo came out to look at the project and gave us his quote. Once we reviewed the comparative offers, we selected Harp Construction and Heily prepared the paperwork. Lalo arrived on a Tuesday and removed the existing walkway and prepped the ground for the new walkway. The next day the village inspector came out and approved the prep. Within 45 minutes the concrete truck arrived and Lalo poured the walkway. By late afternoon the project was complete and he finished the job to our satisfaction. They we very professional and efficient. Harp will be our first call if more projects of this type are needed.

We needed to have a concrete slab (10x10) put in off of our deck for a new hot tub. I was having a hard time finding someone to do such a small for an affordable price. This is a family owned business that was extremely helpful and customer service driven. We agreed on a price from a quote and they delivered as promised. They were on-time, courteous and did a very professional job for this small project. The slab was installed and approved by the village a few days before the hot tub was delivered. Wonderful group of people to deal with and I would have no reservations at all in recommending them to anyone else. Thank you!

I understand this is a family-owned business, which we prefer to hire in support of such businesses. The owner, Lilo, and his daughter, Heily, are professional and we are pleased with the end result. However, the person who provided the contract *which we signed* continuously charged us overages, with no clear explanation, and required payment in full, while the work was being performed. This was very disconcerting, resulting in a 50% increase in cost agreed to as outlined in the contract (final cost: $3,700). Our concerns were shared with the office.

My driveway looks beautiful! They were prompt and did a good job.
