As it turned out, the previous plumber had not fixed the problem correctly: the 3/4-inch pipe they installed was too short. Charles provided me a detailed invoice, which will be helpful in my dispute with the previous plumber.

The village inspector came out and the plumbing passed with flying colors. This review doesn't do justice to the quality and time Big Wrench took with my home. I would highly recommend them.
