This company was awesome! They came out right away and fixed the pipe and it didn't cost too much! Thank you so much!

They replaced my sump pump. Explained why they couldn’t replace the 2nd one. I need to get the pump and they will install it.

They were so nice and fast. They fixed the problem in 45 minutes! I was a little reluctant but this is the 3rd Angie hired job and they have all been great!!!!

I am so grateful for Dirk with Feikema ! He came out within a half hour of my initial phone call, which wasn’t made until after 4p. He didn’t have boots with him so he had to remove his shoes and and roll up his pants to get to the area of the basement where the sump pump was. He was so patient and kind. I could not have asked for better service. I am so glad I called! Highly recommend!

My parents, they built this house they have used their services since 1956.Dirk and his father West and my dad were very good buddies.Dirk, he is like his father.He's got a nice demeanor, he's very personable.He's spot on If he tells you he's going to be there at 12 o'clock and if he's going to be 15 minutes late, he calls you up and let you know he's going to be 15 minutes late. He's a very responsible young man.

They showed up and did exactly what they were paid to do. One guy was late and seemed clueless and was messy. They fixed my plumbing and cleaned my septic tank out. They are definitely less prepared than other companies I've used but the pluming was fixed when they left.

It went well. It took 2 days and they did a professional job. I was having toxic fumes returning in my pipes and they resolved that problem plus improved the quality of the drainage part of my plumbing system. I will definitely use Feikema in the future.

The response time was excellent - called yesterday and Craig arrived about 9:30 today. Job took about 2 hours; he had to wait for the water to stop dripping before he was able to start. Work was done very well, and site was cleaned up when he finished. Craig used his own buckets and towels to protect my new tile flooring. I was, however, taken aback by the bill - $350 for a couple hours! Was going to use them to install the new toilet and sink as well, but their rates seemed incredibly high. Note to self: next time I use any service, make certain I get a price before the work is started. I think I was overcharged, and I'm not happy about it. I would have rated them higher on professionalism if they had given me any idea of how expensive this was going to be, instead of just handing me a huge bill.

The person was very professional, completed the jobs in a timely manner, explained everything as he went. We were very pleased with the service. I'm glad there are people out there to do this kind of work. It is much appreciated!

We were both very please with the job. The septic tank had not been cleaned out in many years... far too many, but the guy was very profssional and did a great job!

The people at Feikema were prompt and the price wasn't bad. They were very knowledgeable and honest about the state of our current septic tank, and gave us good advice about keeping it "healthy" :). It was a pretty basic service, but we were happy with the employees and the overall experience. We will be calling on them in the future for other work, at least for estimates.
