"Joe arrived promptly as scheduled, and performed the work quickly and efficiently.  He explained the new system, the battery and the alarm on the sump pump.  He replaced the laundry room faucet, which was original to the house.  I will be contacting Joe in the near future to work on my kitchen and bathroom faucets.

"We used Perma Seal for several big projects—waterproofing our basement and replacing our concrete back yard and sidewalks. We had drain tiles, sump pumps and a dehumidifier installed, along with extensive concrete work outside. We dealt with a variety of crews and found everyone to be very communicative, professional, and knowledgeable. They did great work and kept us informed at every step of the process. "Downing subcontracts the pumping and clean out to Midwest Excavating with oversight by a Downing representative. Twenty minutes late to the promised 1.5 hour window that was provided, but otherwise satisfied overall with the service. Relatively simple job, and would recommend to others although higher cost compared with the "average" cost provided by Home Advisor."
