"I would like to thank Mariano and crew from Chicago Basement Systems for the very efficient work they performed in my home crawl space. They replaced my failed sump pump and drain tile; installed a Sani-Dry Sedona dehumidifier; installed a backup battery; installed steel beams and piers; installed a waterproofing membrane on the crawl space floor; and encapsulated the entire crawl space. Now I don't smell odors seeping from my crawl space, and my house no longer shakes when cars drive over the city speed bump outside my house. Twenty minutes late to the promised 1.5 hour window that was provided, but otherwise satisfied overall with the service. Relatively simple job, and would recommend to others although higher cost compared with the "average" cost provided by Home Advisor."
