"He did not give me an estimate after the tree of my neighbor fell on my house after a storm of 8-10-20. But wrote down that the insurance estimator said he had seen a large tree removal cost up to $7500. After the job was done, he sent me a bill for $7500 with inaccurate costs: 6 guys, 3 trucks(There were only one truck, and a chipper) job took 6 hours (only 4 in reality). His crew removed 29, 50 lb. patio blocks and did not replace them. They also ripped down a grapevine which was not in their way. It died later. His bill was over 90% of the total cost paid by insurance companies for storm damage."

"Hired for lawncare and snow. It has been a disaster from beginning to end. From the start of getting licensed -2 months to fill out app. 1st snow -They have left our lot a total mess. They promised services they cannot adequately deliver for residential. The first snow and everything has been wrong. They sold us a dream- the reviews have to be lies that someone put out there. The first snow; equipment breakdown; they do not come when they say they are going to come; plowed snow toward the building in parking spaces, said they would be out to fix it. That was at 7-8ish this morning. Then said around 12pmish it would be about 4 hours. It is 6pm snowing again and we are being held hostage waiting for services. I would not recommend them to any residential building ever. I had to shovel myself out yesterday for 2 1/2 HOURS to ensure I could get out to go to work today. I had to salt some areas. The elderly can't get to their cars. Im still waiting -text at 12pm to come & salt & plow. "
