In the end, they not only met our expectations, they exceeded them. Icon assembled a talented team to execute the building of our house. They selected a group of subcontractors that had the necessary talents and attention to detail to be able to execute the detailed design that we entrusted to them. The efforts of the subcontractors were carefully guided by our superintendent, Mike P. In the office, Shawna H. did a great job navigating our project thru the challenging City review process. We had several challenges during the project, and the Icon team dealt with them in a positive manner. "Hector and his crew were able to do our job 2 weeks ahead of schedule. They replaced a broken section of garage concrete, which was had caused our garage to be unlevel. That work involved supporting and securing the garage wall while replacing the broken concrete. With the new concrete, the garage is now completely level. They also replaced and expanded our patio, which was broken and not pitched correctly. The new concrete is now correctly pitched away from the house to keep water away. We love our new patio! Professional Concrete definitely lived up to their name, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again."

"I needed to have a slip proofing put on the pergo for my dogs in addition to the replacement of a bathroom fan and a repair to my garage ceiling drywall. Daniel read up on how to apply the slip proofing for the pergo before coming to the house and recommended a nice ceiling fan. The price was very affordable and all of the work was done well. "These guys are amazing! They took a concrete pad, cut it in half and raised one section to create a step. This allowed for easy entry into our building instead of a high stair. Secondly, they leveled a 50 foot long span of sidewalk where each section tipped a different direction. It was a mess and they made it smooth and hazard free."
