We just moved from out of state and wanted to remodel the house we bought but didn’t know who to call! We were referred to Master Craft & Design and they transformed our house into a beautiful new forever home! From the initial phone call to the completion of the 5 months remodel project, Ed and his staff was always there for us! They are very professional, very detailed and listen to your needs and what you want. They explained everything very carefully and offered help when it was needed. I was totally impressed with their initial quote for the cost of the remodel. Everything was broken down by rooms with pricing for everything that was needed including materials. There were no surprises since it was so detailed. The only additions to the pricing was what we added or unforeseen issues that were found during the remodel. Ed has great resources for flooring, cabinets, countertops and other features you will need during the remodel. What can be a stressful time for some people, that wasn’t the case with Master Craft & Design. I hired Mastercraft and design to remodel my bathroom and overall, I was amazed with their service. From start to finish the quality of work, the punctuality the communication all was so easy to work with. The owner Ed was very detailed as well as making sure we were staying on budget.
