Lacking experience

Ines and her husband have cleaned my house twice and their professionalism and patience is hard to find nowadays. I’m very appreciative. I have also referred them to two other people as well. I will continue to use their services going forward! My bathrooms were spotless.

I had requested a complete house cleaning in order to get the home on the market. I had to provide all of the cleaning products which cost over $100+ in order to get their "discounted" rate. I was not present at the time of the cleaning due to COVID but when I finally got to see the job that was done, I was not the least bit happy. I already spent over 5 hours at the home cleaning items that should have been addressed. Even our real estate agent remarked what a horrible job was done and couldn't believe what I had to pay for such a terrible job. When I notified the owner about how I felt, she did not seem to care about my concerns and claims she only did what she was told to do. I would NEVER use this company again. Not sure how they got on Angi's list in the first place. This was an absolutely AWFUL experience!

They were prompt, efficient and we scheduled the next cleaning.

Very Poor. There was a UPS bag on my teenager's floor against the window with 2 brand new unopened dresses and INES threw them in the garbage bin in our garage. She did not look in the bag. Mistakes do happen but 2 unopened dresses shows how careless she is. They came late and left early. When we asked them why, she denied telling me that she would stay 3 full hours. Ines husband did the bathrooms well. Because this this 2 stars were given. As a longtime Angie's list shopper and advertiser, this team is far below Angie List Standards. Every Angie's List company that my wife and I have hired ALWAYS goes out of their way to serve the customer. The tiniest request to INES seemed like a chore.

We hired “A Plus Cleaning Service” to clean our house. We are very happy with an excellent job Ines and her husband did for our house. Ines is the owner. I talked with several cleaning services over one week and selected “A Plus Cleaning Service” to clean our house. Ines came to our house, answered all of my questions, and provided me with a quote with a reasonable price immediately after her inspection. Ines and her husband are very courteous, punctual, and hard working. They followed all the COVID-19 protocols. They completed the cleaning thoroughly with meticulous detail and did a superb job. I have recommended “A Plus Cleaning Service” to my friends and relatives. I have already used the service again. I recommend strongly that if you have any cleaning project at least talk to Ines and get her input and quote for your project. What do you have to lose? Why not have an honest, professional, punctual, and hardworking “A Plus Cleaning Service” team on your side?

One of the worst experiences I had hiring somebody. I had her come over and explain in detail what I wanted done. Instead of a thorough cleaning I received superficial surface cleaning. This is all explained when she came over to give me a quote. I would never recommend this company to anyone and obviously I would never hire the company again.

Was moving and needed help cleaning my old apartment and then also cleaning my new condo before I moved in! Was so impressed, I decided to treat myself to regular house cleaning now that I’m moved in. alot ? DEEP thorough cleaning

Probably worst experience I ever had. Relocated out-of-state and contracted them weeks in advance to perform a deep cleaning prior move-in. Last minute Iris asked for 50% fee increase knowing no other company was available at short notice. Very questionable (illegal?) business practice. They performed deep cleaning with mediocre performance. Windows dirty, toilets dirty, ovens dirty, etc. Asked them to come out again. At least Iris did return for a few hours a couple days later. We noticed that the oven door would not close anymore after her cleaning hence oven was not operable. She & her husband (who came out to "repair") claimed this has always been that way (it was not). Husband tried to close oven with force (likely creating some hidden damage). Had to get oven technician out. Turns out Iris put the panels after cleaning in slightly wrong place. Iris had promised to pay for the technician fee (250) if it turns out it was her fault. It was but she never paid. She should not be in business with this kind of behavior.

They were excellent.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment with Ines even on short notice. She and Jaime arrived early on the appointment and let us know they arrived. They brought their own cleaning supplies and tools. They were very efficient and thorough in their cleaning and attended to all our instructions. I would definitely hire again.
