Best boiler installation pros near Rolling Meadows, IL

"My son and his wife who have three boys (one sick with the flu as the time) called me on a very cold February morning with his family homeless and a very cold house. After dealing with Home Comfort Systems, this is what he wrote and asked me to post: : While it was still very cold out,we smelled gas in our house. Nicor had us all evacuate. The next day, my parents recommended I call Home Comfort Systems the company which installed their new furnace a few years ago. Steve Bilica, one of the owners came out to my house before 10AM to provide me with a quote. The price was fair, I could tell he was honest and although he could've ripped me off easily as I was in desperate need. He offered fair payment options that worked with my tight budget. He contacted his supplier who delivered the new furnace before noon. A team of two brothers arrived by 1PM and began installation. They were extremely polite, considerate of my house, clean, efficient and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. By 4PM it was done and I had heat again. They even went the extra mile with some requests we had including removing an old, useless house-humidifier that was taking up space. Nothing extra for that. I was so relieved and glad that we could get back to normal and grateful to Steve and his company for their help."

"Excellent installation of new furnace and air conditioner. Explained the problem and recommendations to resolve it. Both technicians David and Jimmy, were professional and knowledgeable abd worked efficiently. Although, expensive project quality was worth it."

"Phil came out to provide a free estimate for a new boiler. Appointment was scheduled for the same week and Phil called to move up the appointment due to a cancellation. He was very thorough, asked questions and answered all of mine. Would definitely recommend.

"Prompt service with very little advanced notice. Technician removed old flame sensor and installed a new one in about 20 minutes. Pleased with technician and service, and will do business again them again if needed. Owner called to confirm service and sent a text with name and information about the technician before his arrival."

"Tim and his assistant worked rapidly, but carefully, to remove the old furnace, install the new one, test it and then clean up the furnace area in the basement.  In addition they were able to put the furnace-mounted humidifier back in operation.  Not only was Tim and his assistant prompt, courteous and professional, they explained everything clearly and exceeded my expectations by installing a new furnace on a Sunday morning!"

"Everything went fine , issue with they sent the wrong furnace but came back the next day and fixed it. They did excellent job in the installation."

"Collin did a great job of installing the whole house humidifier for my heat pump furnace. Very happy with both units."

"The technician that serviced my boiler was Aiman. He was very professional, thorough and informative."

"Needed a Carrier furnace Inducer motor. Let me first say that I DO NOT RECOMMEND CARRIER as they are like a BMW, nice to own but don't ever have one off warranty. The Carrier parts prices are RIDICULOUS. Now back to Zac. he's great. Zac provided a ballpark estimate over the phone, he was on time as well. Once the friggin CARRIER arrg, inducer motor assembly was installed, it emitted a high pitch whine. Zac came back and swapped it out with another one, at his cost - thanks Zac! The new one WHINES TOO albeit slightly less!, I'm stuck, but Zac did his part and he's a very nice guy and I would use him again for sure!"
