He ordered the part for us, and got it rather quickly, that same week. We like them. They have a provider there, that maintains our type of furnace, which is a Peerless. We like this man, because he knows what our furnace should be like. We've only been dealing with them for, it was last season and the one before. Our previous man had retired and was no longer available. Both times they sent somebody who clearly knows what our furnace should be like, ans when it's operating right."

"Tim came out promptly, made a diagnosis and explained it so that I could understand, and arranged for a replacement the following day. David and David arrived the following day on time and, unfortunately there was 3 feet of snow blocking their path to getting my boiler out and the heavy cast iron boiler in. They worked together to shovel a path, and then worked continuously through the day until the job was done. David did a great job of explaining the workings of the boiler and left the place mess-free."
