BE ADVISED: Stay Away from Oasis Air. I deeply, deeply regret doing business with Oasis Air. The horror story starts back in 2023, which sold me an Ecoer unit and it took two install teams to get it right. I went two months without AC, until they got it right. Fast forward to 2025, I just had Douglas out to do my maintenance in April. He identified a leak in my eval coil!! He said the office would get back to me to schedule a repair (Never happened). Literally 15 calls to the office. I get "Tim (so-called service manager) is on the phone and will call you back. He is the only one who can schedule". Next excuse "fighting with Ecoer and it takes time." Then the best one. Ecoer says your unit must fail first before they will fix it. I HAVE A LEAK and live in AZ. Why would I wait for my AC to fail before the summer comes? I have a 10 year parts and labor warranty---and Oasis Air won't do a darn thing! At this point, I am going to file a complaint with the Registar of Contractors.

They responded quickly to my call, diagnosed the issue fast, and had the replacement parts on hand. I really appreciated their transparency and no-pressure approach. Douglas need a fine job inspecting my furnace for my winter tune up. However it seems the phone support is a little out of touch with what is going on they sent me a text that he was on his way at 8 am and apparently their scheduling is automated and sent the message without any knowledge of where Douglas was at. So he arrived an hour later no fault of his. I had told the receptionist that I wanted to talk to the technician about upgrading my AC unit to one with a variable speed compressor. First she informed me that she had do idea what I was talking about (which is bad business to have no idea about the business). Second no had informed Douglas of my intentions.

Amer and Ricardo are both very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend oasis air, they bought out absolute value. I had plenty of good experience with their service for many years. I would suggest to oasis air that they use google maps for scheduling customers more efficiently for less travel time between customers. the area I live in has great distance between customers. they can save travel time and miles on their vehicles if they schedule each day's service technician to handle each customer in a town before moving to the next town.

Ricardo was a great technician . He explained the good and bad things that were found on my heat pump.

Always hard to know who to trust when you need a/c repair during a heatwave. But technician was either a great salesman or an honest broker. I prefer to believe the latter! Replaced entire unit within 3 hours for a price that seemed very reasonable.
