We were given a complimentary consultation by Steve Garrett, who gave us a detailed explanation on the issues we may have with our attic insulation and why our energy bills may be so high. We chose to have our attic insulated and our ducts sealed. Our ducts saw a 93.5% improvement, and we immediately noticed the difference in the temperature of our second floor. "George came out promptly and did a thorough inspection of the crawlspace and provided options on what can be done. The insulation work was performed by Jesus who also found and fixed two foundation cracks. Encapsulation was done by Juan's team and they all did a great job. They were able to perform all the work with a very narrow opening into the crawlspace and were also able to fit in the dehumidifier. After installation there was a minor issue with the dehumidifier and Craig came right away to fix it. Great experience and I'd definitely use their services in the future if need be."

"I believe the price was too high for the quality of work. The dry wall that was put up was not a smooth finish. They did not cover up my possessions as they said they would. They did not clean up very well. I found at least 8 nails on the ground & some insulation was left in the garage. Had I not swept the floor I probably would have Gotten a flat tire. They used my ladder & my broom without asking."
