Awesome experience! Everything was smooth from start to finish. I had Eco Tec remove all the old batts of insulation from my attic and replace it with 5 inches of closed cell foam. The estimator came out and walked the space with me, explained what they would do and answered all my questions. Dave was very knowledgeable and experienced. Stacy in the office was easy to work with and schedule the work. A crew came out on Monday (Julio and Manuel), pulled all the old insulation down, bagged it up and took it away. The next day, two trucks rolled up and the crew (Miguel, Perry, Patrick and Gerardo) tag teamed the spraying of the attic. When they were done they cleaned up everything, like they were never there. I could not be more happy with the work they did. I wish i would have done it years ago.

My experience started out talking with Stacey from Eco Tec who is very professional. She worked with me through the estimating process wherein she provided a quote that kicked the pants off a few others that I had received. Further however, she understands the foam application process, R-values, process that the installers follow and most of all, expectations for the customer (I am a homeowner, not a builder/GC). Then came the installation. The crew showed up in a timely fashion and were completely professional. I knew that closed cell foam installation was a messy business and Stacey explained the process that the installers would follow to protect the surrounding areas from overspray. Well, I was impressed by the preparation work that they did as they covered everything from top to bottom including miscellaneous construction materials, tools and the entire floor. When the foam application was complete, they trimmed all excess from the stud bays, gathered up all spoils and removed everything including the protective coverings. When the crew left our house, there was little evidence that they had been here aside from the insulation in our walls. I was speechless. So far, of all the contractors that I've dealt with during my remodel, Eco Tec is within the top decile. As an engineer that works in construction, I have come to expect good service from the contractors that I hire. Unfortunately, I have had a lot of less than perfect experiences with other installers that I've hired. Eco Tec is easily at the top of my list. From estimate to execution, this has been a simply wonderful experience. I highly recommend them.

The removal and install went as planned, with the 10" of foam completely changing the energy efficiency of my 100 year old house. Unfortunately, there was damage to one of the ceilings as a result of the staff in the attic, but the Eco Tec repaired the damage the next business day. Not only did Eco Tec provide and outstanding value, I was very impressed how it immediately resolved the minor repair and followed up to make sure it was completed to my satisfaction. I was very much impressed by the professionalism of the work crew. They knew what they were doing, very helpful with moving some items that were left in their way, worked quickly, and cleaned up after finishing. Communication between office and crew might have been a little better. Overall everything went smoothly. The resulting improvement as a result of the added insulation was significant.

The two guys from Eco Tec, Chris and Enrique, are at my place at this very moment! I absolutely love them! They arrived on time, are friendly, professional, seem to know about insulation and care about what my goal is for this project. What more could I want?! My first interaction was with Stacey and she was super friendly. She helped explain the process to me, set my appointment and answered my questions. Josh was my sales person and although I didn't speak with him directly he orchestrated everything well and sent me a great 2 man crew to work with. I am using Eco Tec to place more substantial insulation to decrease noise migration from a shared condo wall. I don't know how the results will be but I definitely feel that these guys took the time and extra effort to do a good job for me and meet my goals the best they can! Very happy with Eco Tec and my team : )

They do great work they mask everything off with plastic, and clean up after they are done. They are extremely knowledgeable and very polite and if you have anything additional they will take care of it without a question.

Brian and his crew are top notch, he follows up and answers all of my customers concerns. His crew is diligent timely and clean.

When I priced it out it wasn't bad. They got it done in a day. Then they cut it and bag it up. They were very good about cleaning up. Making sure that they didn't get that stuff all over the house or all over the yard. They were marvelous. They came on time they did the job. They came immediately.

From start to finish I had a great experience with Eco Tec. Josh was knowledgeable and very personable, and took the time to thoroughly answer my many questions. Josh and his office were and always quick to get back to me with scheduling related communication. Their quote was highly competitive, and (unlike many other contractors) they did not tack on extra costs at the end. And most importantly, they did a great job insulating my house.

It appeared to go okay, but I had an uneasy feeling about the installer. He seemed to want to get the job overwith so he could leave early. I reminded him several times to be sure to fill the cavity. He assured me he was doing so and he used the most of the product that he ever had on any job. Seven months after the insulation was done, we noticed pitting on a custom mirror. It turned out to be mold from the insulation because the cavity was not filled as per the contract. Because the cavity was not filled, air was present which led to the product not curing properly which led to the mold. As the pictures show, the wall cavity contains cracks, gaps and was not filled to the ceiling...so of course, there was no soundproofing at all. We paid to have all the walls repaired and painted after the install, which was very costly. We just wasted a lot of money and still have no soundproofing.

Job was done very well.  Cleaned up after themselves and were very clean doing the job.  I would use them again

Eco Tec insulation was extremely professional and prompt. They showed up exactly on the date & time they scheduled and they did a superb job. The new addition is now extremely warm a insulated, even with no furnace running.

The guys were very courteous, accommodating and professional.  The sales rep was very responsive.  He returned phone calls promptly and answered all my questions.
