Did an excellent job that I asked to have done. Arrived the time as he mentioned. Cleaned up any material left over. Answered all questions professionally. Went above and beyond to provide me a plumber I needed for a different project. That job was completed professionally also. All around excellent job. Thank you very much.

Carlos was very responsive and took the time to explain any issues and options that we might have. He showed up at appointed times and took care with my home. I would hire and recommend him to anyone who is looking to insulate their attic area.

Two guys came in, blew fiberglass onto the family room ceiling. They were professional, fast and overall, really nice guys. My wife came home and couldn?t tell that they were even there!

We had attic insulation done. Carlos was VERY through in our attic inspection needs and estimate. He took pictures to show us, kept us informed during his work, did what he said he was going to do. It was a pleasure to work with Carlos.he went beyond the basics of the contract.Working on a 120 year old plus home was not easy and oft times an adventure as to what strange things would be found. A tower surprised us with a trap door which was floored about a foot down. It was entered thru a hole maybe 2 1/2 by 2 1/2, not a door. He also helped me with additional work, always a pleasure to work with.

I hired K and Y insulation , Carlos V the owner , to install blown in cellulose insulation in the attic of my almost 130 year old home. With that a surprising, wonderful experience began. The price was right, the installation was done promptly and carefully, problem areas not on the â to doâ list were taken care of., â ¦.it was a quality job from start to finish. And the best part of the weeks work was getting to know Carlos with his warmth and concern. Iâ m a 96 year old women and my recent experience with some bosses has be a real lack of respect for my questions . Carlos answered everything patiently and cheerfully! There were a few surprises that he found in the attic like old newspapers, letters ect. The best one was a trap door in the tower that opened on a floored area. What for? We made some funny guesses. The company did a wonderful job. But it did not resolve the issue that I was having so it was a very costly experience. They were very polite and worked as hard as they could get it done and a quick period of time.
