"I want to tell everyone about New Age Masonry. I found them on Home Advisor. I had 5 estimates given to me for tuckpointing. New Age was the last one. He was not the highest and he was not the lowest but I felt the genuine honesty and passion for the job. Oliver is a very hard worker and a perfectionist of his craft. His assistant Memo is also a very hard worker and they both provide great attention to detail. After they did the tuckpointing which included repairing my crumbling chimney, I decided to have Oliver install accent brick on the front of my home. It was something I always wanted- the quote was reasonable and the craftsmanship and valuing of my input was superior! Well, I could not be happier- It is BEAUTIFUL!!!! People and neighbors come by and want to know who did such beautiful work! I highly recommend New Age Masonry! It was a joy to work with Oliver and Memo. Thank you Home Advisor!"

David did a thorough inspection, explained everything, answered our questions, and even told us that we didn’t need certain work that we thought we needed. He was very honest, polite and personable, and gave us a fair quote with some options without being pushy. Luis and his crew began the work two days later. They were prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Luis explained how the project would be done and shared progress photos with me along the way. He even curtained off the area around the attic ladder to contain any waste and cleaned up everything perfectly. I would highly recommend Perma-Seal to anyone who is considering their services."

"Initially I was looking to get some masonry fixed. Rob came by and pointed out the chimney was in very bad shape. There were cracks in the crown and deteriorated mortar. He provided a quote and a thorough explanation of what work would be done, and followed up with pictures once complete. He was accommodating with my scheduling. "Crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. As the project progressed, 2 foundation cracks were discovered which added $900 to the original estimate. Old insulation along foundation wall was removed and replaced with silvery foam sheets. Joints were taped. Some leveling of the floor was done. Sheets were laid over the gravel floor also (crawlspace is not used for storage). 2 window well covers were installed. Our main goal was to have a warmer floor in the room above. We haven't noticed a major improvement yet."
