"I want to tell everyone about New Age Masonry. I found them on Home Advisor. I had 5 estimates given to me for tuckpointing. New Age was the last one. He was not the highest and he was not the lowest but I felt the genuine honesty and passion for the job. Oliver is a very hard worker and a perfectionist of his craft. His assistant Memo is also a very hard worker and they both provide great attention to detail. After they did the tuckpointing which included repairing my crumbling chimney, I decided to have Oliver install accent brick on the front of my home. It was something I always wanted- the quote was reasonable and the craftsmanship and valuing of my input was superior! Well, I could not be happier- It is BEAUTIFUL!!!! People and neighbors come by and want to know who did such beautiful work! I highly recommend New Age Masonry! It was a joy to work with Oliver and Memo. Thank you Home Advisor!"

David did a thorough inspection, explained everything, answered our questions, and even told us that we didn’t need certain work that we thought we needed. He was very honest, polite and personable, and gave us a fair quote with some options without being pushy. Luis and his crew began the work two days later. They were prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Luis explained how the project would be done and shared progress photos with me along the way. "Crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. As the project progressed, 2 foundation cracks were discovered which added $900 to the original estimate. Old insulation along foundation wall was removed and replaced with silvery foam sheets. Joints were taped. Some leveling of the floor was done. Sheets were laid over the gravel floor also (crawlspace is not used for storage). 2 window well covers were installed. Our main goal was to have a warmer floor in the room above. We haven't noticed a major improvement yet."

Rob and crew removed all debris, built new chimney, inspected 30 yr. old chimney shaft and suggested liner(for safety and code compliance) .installed new damper, cleaned up entire area inside and out. great work, very courteous, fair price. Thankfully all of it was well within our budget, thoroughly explained, detailed without being overwhelming, and he even did a deep dive all over the house just to be extra sure there wasn’t anything missing that would require another visit. (He even fixed some loose stone in an unrelated part of the house for free.) Already looking forward to my first fire in my new home. I’ll be calling Top Hat for our annual maintenance as long as we own our home."

"The soft landscaping was done very well and quickly. The supervisor asked exactly what I need to have done. My only complaint was that Tom, the owner, gave me an unconsolidated estimate on reworking my walkway with brick. When I told he it was too expensive, he continued to send pictures of other project he did. After many texts, I asked it he wanted to complete the soft landscaping for me. And if he did not, please refund my deposit. He apologized, and told me he just wanted to make my house look good. I'm very happy with the soft landscaping, but did not appreciate the "harrassment"."
