Walk through every bit of the house. He said he was negotiating for new siding for my house. I told him that I didn’t think it could be done. He proved me wrong! He got the funds and did the job. "I regret hiring this company. The sales rep was pushy and misleading about what was included ? I believed gutters, soffit, and fascia were part of the job, but later was told it was just a cleaning (which never happened). The crew left open holes in my roof on day one, and the ?one-day job? dragged into four days of loud, late work with sloppy cleanup and debris left behind. When they said the job was done, I found exposed nail heads, poor trim work, and granule loss on my brand-new roof. They had to send crews back multiple times, and I still had to hire two independent inspectors at my own expense. I was also charged over $1,000 extra for wood and for trim I didn?t want ? now I?ll have to pay to remove and replace it. Despite repeated promises from management that they would ?take care of me,? my calls, emails, texts, and photos went ignored after one brief call from the GM. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend this company."

"If I could give Power Home Remodeling zero stars, I would. Their warranty process is an absolute joke. I filed my first warranty claim over a year ago, and instead of resolving the issue, things have only gotten worse. I now have three windows in my home that need to be replaced, and somehow Power has managed to make the experience even more frustrating at every step. Their so-called ?industry-leading warranty? is nothing more than a marketing line. In reality, it?s a maze of delays, empty promises, and zero accountability. Communication is terrible. Follow-through is nonexistent. Every time I reached out, I was met with excuses, rescheduling, or silence. They drag their feet for months at a time, leaving their customers stuck with defective products Power refuses to take responsibility for. What?s most infuriating is that I trusted Power because they claimed to stand behind their work. But when the windows failed, they suddenly disappeared behind layers of support reps who couldn?t"

"After interviewing a few companies to do our project, we didn’t see any other company to go with for it. They were personal and friendly from the start. Freely answered any questions I had (which was a lot) without any hesitation and didn’t make me feel like I was being annoying. The installation went great and all of the workers were courteous and helpful. After finding out we needed to replace a few rotted pieces of wood and some fascia, they worked with me to get it all replaced even if it wasn’t part of the initial plan. Both the roofers and the gutter installer were very knowledgeable and really worked with me to make sure we got the project just right. "Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"
