We were given a complimentary consultation by Steve Garrett, who gave us a detailed explanation on the issues we may have with our attic insulation and why our energy bills may be so high. We chose to have our attic insulated and our ducts sealed. Our ducts saw a 93.5% improvement, and we immediately noticed the difference in the temperature of our second floor. Even during this prolonged heat wave, we have been able to keep our temperatures much lower than before. The attic insulation has also decreased the temperatures of the upstairs. He is honest, dependable, offers fair pricing, and his team can do all the work. I got several estimates from A+ rated insulation companies, but Robert was more knowledgeable than the other companies. He was the only one to point out that my soffits were not vented. Apparently, my house was built on the day no one was inspecting. The builder never cut open the soffits. That meant there was zero airflow going through my attic. The attic fan could run all day, but without air to move, it would not do any good. Only Robert noticed this and offered a solution to fix the problem! I asked some of the other A+ companies if they would vent the soffits and they all said they don't do that work, but they would be happy to add more insulation, which would not fix the problem if the attic was not vented."

"George came out promptly and did a thorough inspection of the crawlspace and provided options on what can be done. The insulation work was performed by Jesus who also found and fixed two foundation cracks. Encapsulation was done by Juan's team and they all did a great job. They were able to perform all the work with a very narrow opening into the crawlspace and were also able to fit in the dehumidifier. After installation there was a minor issue with the dehumidifier and Craig came right away to fix it. Great experience and I'd definitely use their services in the future if need be."

"We have an approximately 600 square foot crawl space that
was in dire need of water proofing.  And High Tech Waterproofing did a
great job on our crawlspace encapsulation.  The bid process went smooth
and was straightforward.  The bid was around $5500 with no real
upselling.  We had a few foundation cracks that were sealed, some train
tile installed,  a backup sump pump system with battery installed, a
thick(40-50 mil) poly liner laid over the gravel surface with no seams, and 2?
of spray foam insulation sprayed over the exterior  foundation walls.
We had a tight schedule to get the work done and Chuck and
his team were very courteous and professional and worked with us to accommodate
our needs.   They worked efficiently and thoroughly and did a good
job cleaning up after themselves when the job was completed.
I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them
