They sent us a reminder of our date of service ahead of time, and texted us the day of to let us know what time they would be arriving. Their customer service representative was very helpful and courteous when scheduling our appointment and answering questions. We have used Bubbles in the past to clean our sunroom windows and frames, and had an excellent experience with them then, so much so that we have scheduled them again to do the same job this summer. Booking my appointment was easy...they have even called with discounted options (e.g. if they are scheduled to be in my area)! The team was very respectful of COVID safety protocols and incredibly mindful of keeping any mess to a minimum!!! 2 examples of this: -The trunk of my minivan was open and the tech asked if me may close it before starting to work. -At the end he invited me to come out and check the work; pointing out something I never noticed on my downspout. I want to give this company my highest recommendation possible. This is the second job I have had this company do for me. The first was a repair job done on my chimney in 2019. The job from initial contact through job completion was handled quickly and professionally. In fact I think the owner came to do the initial estimate for my project. The entire team was focused on customer satisfaction and they all went above and beyond the scope of the project. Unlike other companies, the folks at Kerry Roofing & Masonry were responsive, polite, courteous and eager to do the job for me. There were no excuses about what could and could not be done, they took the time to explain what the problem was and why it was done wrong if applicable, and they explained what they were going to do differently and correctly. They did not do a pressure sales pitch to try and drum up more business nor did they skimp on the work performed. Their prices were competitive and the workmanship was great. They did exactly what they said they would do and what they were asked to do. They kept me informed on any changes in the schedule and lived up to their word. Any items that were of concern were immediately brought to my attention. The work was done quickly and the clean up was done very well. The second job, (done in 2021), they did for me was done in the same professional manner. They replaced my roof and it looks great. In fact I have another project I want them to do for me when the time is right. Simply put this company made me feel like they were there for my best interest and not out to bilk me out of any money. They were in constant contact with me and very responsive to my inquiries. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family. I don't think you could find a better company. This was a terrific experience. The cleaners were professional, friendly, efficient and thorough. The only issue we had was a miscommunication on the appointment time; and, the organization didn't do a great job of keeping us up to date on when the cleaners would arrive. It was a bit inconvenient.

We had been using ProTeam Works for years. We had a regular scheduled gutter cleaning. The worker showed up as scheduled, but said he was unable to complete the work due to not having the tools. So he left after doing nothing. No one showed up for months to do the work, despite multiple calls. The work was eventually done after many calls and threats. We have switched to a new company and will never use them again.
