"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"In fall 2016 we replaced our 30-year-old refrigerator with a new energy-efficient LG model with top performance ratings. All was well for eighteen months, but on May 9, 2018, food in the freezer compartment started to thaw. LG asked us to contact their local authorized service representative Eagle Head Enterprises. A nice guy from Eagle came on May 14 and diagnosed compressor failure. (This was the service performed.) Installation was scheduled for nine days later. So far, so good. On installation day, May 22, Eagle Head did not show up; they didn't call; they didn't answer the phone. The following morning they apologized, but rescheduled not for the next day, but for eight days after that. On May 29 Eagle repairman number two arrived. After forty minutes, he told me he couldn’t fix the unit, that it would be "dangerous, a liability." He said he doesn’t call LG, that I should call to see what to do next. I called LG, but they said of course that they had to talk to Eagle. After they got hold of him, they switched me to their second representative which was an hour away in Bloomington. Those guys were able to replace the compressor and restore function. However, we had three weeks without a fridge waiting on Eagle Head Enterprises."
