"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. "In fall 2016 we replaced our 30-year-old refrigerator with a new energy-efficient LG model with top performance ratings. All was well for eighteen months, but on May 9, 2018, food in the freezer compartment started to thaw. LG asked us to contact their local authorized service representative Eagle Head Enterprises. A nice guy from Eagle came on May 14 and diagnosed compressor failure. (This was the service performed.) Installation was scheduled for nine days later. So far, so good. On installation day, May 22, Eagle Head did not show up; they didn't call; they didn't answer the phone. The following morning they apologized, but rescheduled not for the next day, but for eight days after that. On May 29 Eagle repairman number two arrived. After forty minutes, he told me he couldn’t fix the unit, that it would be "dangerous, a liability." He said he doesn’t call LG, that I should call to see what to do next. I called LG, but they said of course that they had to talk to Eagle. After they got hold of him, they switched me to their second representative which was an hour away in Bloomington. Those guys were able to replace the compressor and restore function. However, we had three weeks without a fridge waiting on Eagle Head Enterprises."
