I was quoted that the task would take about 1.5 hours, but he informed me that he would need the entire timeframe to complete it. As he worked, I noticed some damage to the property, and he explained that sometimes the holes in Wayfair products don't align properly, which can lead to issues. Additionally, he was expected to assemble a TV stand within the quoted 1.5 hours, but he was unable to start that as well."

I then had them over to ask for a quote on replacing the floor and fixing subfloor issue especially in 2 spots, they said they would do it. they replaced the floors and did none of that. I just wasted thousands of dollar and will need to redo it. Do NOT hire these people, they do not care about your needs. Would give them negative stars if was possible"
