"We had a floor leveling issue in which a room was part tile over cement and part carpet over hardwood, with the tiled part being higher than the carpeted part. We wanted to remove the tile, level the entire floor, and have hard wood flooring throughout the room. This was a challenge for the other contractors and flooring people who came out to give estimates. However, Mike of Mike’s flooring came out and immediately knew how to implement a plan of action. Mike’s team responded quickly and finished the job in a timely manner. They were pleasant and respectful, took care to limit the dust, and cleaned up after themselves. Mike also gave us great remodeling advice and provided us with great referrals for other trade experts. Most importantly, Mike charged a fair price, and he and his team did a WONDERFUL job. The new hard wood flooring looks GORGEOUS! Mike is a true expert in flooring, and I highly recommend him and his team."

"I was pleased with Mr. Carpet right from the start. Mike came out to our home with samples and was able to quickly give us an estimate. I was impressed with his professionalism and I thought the price was fair, so I hired him and immediately set up a installation date. There was a slight problem with getting the wood from the distributer, so rather than have to change my dates of installation, Sarah, came to my house on a Saturday, and I was able to choose a different wood, which actually I liked better than the first. There was no change in price. The installers, Joe and Henry, came and worked an entire weekend, including Sunday, to install my floors. They were probably the most professional and nicest gentlemen that have ever done work for me. The floors look gorgeous, I hate to walk on them, and today I'm having my bedroom painted and I hope they are careful of my floors.
