Great service!

Hugo and Miguel came out to put up our walls. They were punctual, efficient, and thorough with their work.

The beginning of the project was promising; he arrived on time and frequently went to his car to gather the necessary materials. I was quoted that the task would take about 1.5 hours, but he informed me that he would need the entire timeframe to complete it. As he worked, I noticed some damage to the property, and he explained that sometimes the holes in Wayfair products don't align properly, which can lead to issues. Additionally, he was expected to assemble a TV stand within the quoted 1.5 hours, but he was unable to start that as well.

Had handrail installed on inside stairs. Thomas Weathers did a magnificent job. We were very impressed with his work.

Jesse Morris did a wonderfully professional job.

It went very well. Brian easily did my electrical job so my three ceiling fan lights could be turned off and on again, easily.

The job was completed quickly and professionally. I am very pleased with the work. The project window trim is better than original.

Wonderful, professional, friendly and skilled service. Brian came out with the appropriate tools and expertise to install my shower grab bar through ceramic tile without cracking the tile and providing a superior support safety bar. The cost was more than exceptionally fair. This is my new goto handyman service.

Manny Sanchez did a fantastic job installing roll out shelves in my kitchen cabinets. Manny saw that the plastic brackets that came with drawers were weak and might not be able to hold heavy weights. So he bought extra wood to use instead of the plastic. Now the shelves are strong and sturdy and I can store heavy pans even on the top shelves. Love the organized cabinets! Thank you Manny!

very appreciative of the work that was done . I had an issue with getting my window closed. Wasn’t sure if I needed a new window. I spoke with someone that initially tried to walk me through getting the window closed over the phone. They were very thorough and we’re trying to save me from having to pay some money, unfortunately, even with their guidance, I was unable resolve it on my own.I, we proceeded with scheduling an appointment and that was timely in getting an appointment on the books. My contractor was on time and was able to resolve the issue and gave me advice on how to support the frame moving forward when it gets off track. I would definitely use this company again it is hard to find companies that will be personable and not stick it to you as far as what you were being charged for.

They were even better than I could ever have suspected and I'd definitely would use them again, and I'm telling everyone about how good they are. Thomas is wonderful!!!!

Quick and efficient

Mr. Arriaga arrived about 20 minutes early. He did a fantastic job with my back door. It wouldn't close properly and I wasn't able to lock it. Mr. Arriaga sanded down the threshold wood somewhat, removed the metal attachment at the base of the door, trimmed it slightly, and re attached it with the door closed. Now it's easy to close the door and lock it, exactly what I needed. It still keeps cold air out of the house, so it's still energy efficient. He was very knowledgeable, definitely knew what he was doing. It was definitely the right decision to have him fix the back door.

We had a great experience with Budget Right Handyman. It started with Sam C., who reached out to discuss our heating situation. Sam took a lot of time and asked a lot of questions to make sure that he scheduled the best technician for our needs. He fully explained what our appointment would entail, exactly what we needed to have ready, and how the pricing worked. Sam said that Manny would be perfect for our job. He was right! Manny showed up on time and got right to work. He asked us questions and performed all the necessary analysis. He pointed out what was working well in our home and explained what was causing our heating issues. He provided us with suggested solutions. Manny was knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous.

Brian Gonzalez from Budget Right Handyman was AWESOME! He arrived on time and went straight to work. We had a laundry list of items that he did perfectly! We have already scheduled our next project list requesting him! The prices at Budget right are very affordable and reasonable. I love that you can schedule them to do your work on Saturday. On his visit he completed the below items for us: Repaired the drywall around our kitchen heat vent Tacked down the transition strip to my bathroom Stopped our kitchen drawer from squeaking Installed our Stainless Steel Backsplash in the kitchen Measured for new heat vents in our hallway and bedroom Installed a towel rack behind the door Switched our shower heads

Everything went well.

I received service on Nov 4, 24. Chris the Technician provided excellent customer service. He arrived on time and completed an installation of my kitchen faucet. He was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend!

The work was supposed to be initiated on 09/28/2024 at 9:00 am. Due to rain overnight, I grew concerned about one line item on the initial quote that required cement work. I started calling the office from 8:00 that morning and leaving messages. I even sent a text message asking for someone to call me. I wanted to also ask that when the team showed up, that they call my phone instead of ringing the door bell because it is so loud. No calls were returned and no text was responded to. When the representative (the same person who originally performed the inspection and proposal that I signed) showed up, he was accompanied by one other worker. Their names: Miguel Romero and Brian Gonzalez. I was anticipating several projects to be addressed on that day and the appointment was to begin at 9:00 am. Although they arrived right on time, I met them at the front door to immediately ask about my concerns due to the weather. Miguel explained that they never do cement work when there is rain due to complications water may cause in the drying and setting of the cement. After confusion about what I was expected to sign to begin the work and what fees I would be charged based on what was done in that day and what would happen on any return days that followed, everything went bad. Miguel ended up walking away, shouting from his car to me at my door that I was being rude to him. He then turned to Brian and encouraged him to leave as well. I asked numerous times to allow me to speak with his "supervisor" to understand all this new pricing information and my request about signing off for work that was never going to be addressed. He continued spewing negative accusations at me. The truth was he was being condescending, rude and impatient with me. He wanted me to assume he represented the company, yet he would not sign off on work he was not able to perform due to bad weather conditions. I offered to go back to the company and reschedule that work as a separate job and asked that he be willing to draw a line through that one item and both of us initial the agreement to omit that from the project. He refused. Ultimately Miguel drove off and Brian followed. Later I received a call back from one of the person's who work in the office. He confirmed the many calls I made prior to the team's arrival and the text messages. He took notes as I explained my concerns and my overall humiliation over how I was treated. He advised he would get back with me with an answer and have his customer relations team connect with me as well. About another hour or more after that, I received a text message and an email advising me that they would not be able to help me with the job and that I should find another company to help me. In a separate message, I received confirmation that I would not be charged for the day because I did not cancel the project. They accepted that it was their worker, Miguel Romero, and ultimately Brian Gonzalez who left

Scheduling the appointment for our bathroom faucets and shaving down our front door was easy speaking with Gage. Budget right handyman is cheaper than other handyman services I checked into and they work on weekends (which no other handyman services offered). I can't say enough about Victor who was assigned to our project. He arrived on time. He was professional, he worked efficiently to access our issue and presented us with options to choose from. He was very easy to talk to and listened to our concerns, made suggestions and answered all of our questions. He is a handyman that knows his stuff! We are extremely happy with the end result and have already scheduled our next project! Anytime that I can specifically request Victor, I WILL!

Needed to raise some walls in my condo, in addition to new baseboard, casing and doors. I got quotes from 3 different companies and Budget Right came in at a fair price and asked important questions that the other to providers didn’t ask, giving me the confidence that they know what they’re doing. Project went successfully and would definitely hire them again. Jesse and Thomas were the ones doing the work and they were fantastic to work with.

He was on time. The repair looks great. I am happy with it. If I have another project in the future, I may call them again. The cost was reasonable. All around great job.
