"I was pleased with Mr. Carpet right from the start. Mike came out to our home with samples and was able to quickly give us an estimate. I was impressed with his professionalism and I thought the price was fair, so I hired him and immediately set up a installation date. There was a slight problem with getting the wood from the distributer, so rather than have to change my dates of installation, Sarah, came to my house on a Saturday, and I was able to choose a different wood, which actually I liked better than the first. There was no change in price. The installers, Joe and Henry, came and worked an entire weekend, including Sunday, to install my floors. They were probably the most professional and nicest gentlemen that have ever done work for me. The floors look gorgeous, I hate to walk on them, and today I'm having my bedroom painted and I hope they are careful of my floors. Anyways, I thought Mr. Carpet did a great job, and I still need to have my carpet replaced, so you can be sure I will be calling them back."
