"I was pleased with Mr. Carpet right from the start. Mike came out to our home with samples and was able to quickly give us an estimate. I was impressed with his professionalism and I thought the price was fair, so I hired him and immediately set up a installation date. There was a slight problem with getting the wood from the distributer, so rather than have to change my dates of installation, Sarah, came to my house on a Saturday, and I was able to choose a different wood, which actually I liked better than the first. There was no change in price. The installers, Joe and Henry, came and worked an entire weekend, including Sunday, to install my floors.
