On 1/8 Randy and another team member came to pump my catch basin. In order to get into the alley, they helped my neighbor dig his stuck truck out of the snow. They were friendly, prompt and efficient. They explained to me exactly what was happening, and showed me the pipes and catch basin structure. They were careful not to let my dogs out of the yard. When they realized that my drains also needed to be rodded, they arranged for a crew to come out the next day and gave me instructions to prevent any further back up into my basement for 24 hours.
On 1/9 Joe arrived to rod my drains as scheduled. He also was friendly, prompt and efficient. He took a look at the location of the street sewer and walked me through how the drains and catch basins function. I learned something new about the drains and access points in my house.
April, in the office, was helpful and informative. She was easy to work with for scheduling the initial visit, and kept me informed for the follow up visit.
