Overall, happy with this project. Completed within the time quoted, and the hardwood floors look great. The team also installed lvp tile in multiple spaces. My Brazilian cherry floors were refinished very quickly and turned out beautiful with a new stain. Jose was very knowledgeable and friendly!

They patched a 6 diameter hole in the kitchen floor under the refrigerator and replaced the floorboard approximately 6 by 3. Very nice job. Took from 8 AM until about noon. The price was reasonable. We are very happy with the result.

We had Jose and his team patch and fully refinish our 2 bed condo in the city. Out of the gate, Jose won us over with is thorough explanation of the process as well as his attention to detail. And although cost was comparable to all other quotes, we just simply trusted him. And glad we did! Prior to the work, he came and sanded part of the floor so that we could get a sense of what color we wanted and even that was to perfection! We were over seas when the work happened and he kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. We felt like we were in such good hands-and we were! Iâ d give 10 stars if I could! They did an extremely good job. Flexible scheduling, great pricing, punctual, and a pristine result. Was a large project with many difficult areas and they tackled them without issue.

We have original red oak and maple floors in a 1920's Chicago brick building that only were cleaned for 20 years. ASAP was great, buffed and recoated the red oak, and sand and refinish the maple in the kitchen. They were profession and prompt, and we will definitely consider them for our next flooring project.

They went above and beyond to fix all the problems with my stairs. They were patient and explained everything. I donâ t think there wouldâ ve been any other company that couldâ ve gotten the job done I would recommend them to anyone they are really professional and talented

We had a lot of problems after we picked up the carpet. Stains in the wood different kinds of pine on the risers.. holes in the floor. He fixed everything and then refinished the floors beautifully.. his price was also excellent. I usually don’t recommend people, but this company is exceptional!! Rita Rodgers
