"I am so pleased with the help that we received from American Carpet Distributors! We had a burst pipe in our basement that got our carpet and padding wet. We had to throw out the padding but managed to save the carpet. Larry responded so quickly and was so easy to work with. He stopped by the house the same day I called him and took measurements to replace the carpet padding. A couple days later he sent out a very friendly and hardworking crew to replace the padding and lay our old carpet on top. It looks and feels brand new. I am so pleased that he was so promp to help. I feel like he was so fair in his pricing and that he wasn't pushy to sell me things I didn't need. The other carpet companies I called would only do the job if I bought new carpet (which I didn't need) or had a high minimum job payment.
