Nicole came out to see if my furnace could be fixed. She recommended a new install since fixing it would be feasible for a furnace that old. I asked how many BTU's and she sent me an analysis she did. She came for the install on time and it took as long as she estimated it would. She is very knowledgeable and is ok with answering questions for a novice. The price was competitive. Highly recommend.

They came when they said they would. They had to overcome some iisues like not having water near the outside unit, having to haul their equipment through the backyard, etc, but all-in-all were very good.

Nichole was awesome! She replaced two humidifiers in my furnaces in a very timely fashion - she was very knowledgeable and helpful and very careful laying out tarps and keeping my house protected. She even took the time to look at my furnacesà ¢à  à  filters and answer a couple of questions on other areas of my house. She got the job done and made sure I understood how everything was working prior to her departure. Will be using Graystone Comfort again!
