Chris did an outstanding job installing our new gas furnace. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process. The installation was seamless, and he even gave us tips on how to maintain the system for optimal performance. Chris Klinger from Klinger Mechanical did nice work servicing my furnace for winter Tune-up. A very classy respectful young man. He has been doing this with his dad for 8 years. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and explains everything he does. He also took pictures and showed me how our furnace is doing. Definitely recommend the Klingers. They are WAYYYY better than Four Seasons who did terrible service on our previous furnace, and would overcharge for repairs.

He arrived at the appointment time that we agreed upon. Asked where the furnace was. I showed him. He checked out the furnace and before he started doing anything, he let me know what was going to be done and if I wanted to continue. When I said, yes, he told me the price had me sign a contract to the agreed price gave a list of prices for materials needed to complete the job and he finished the job in a timely manner. We had an issue with how our furnace was venting into the chimney. Chris was very personable and was able to get out to be in a timely manner. We had learned that there was small amounts of carbon monoxide leaking in out basement from the furnace not venting properly. Chris found the issue and corrected it with a reasonable/affordable price. Would use again.
