"It was a pleasure working with VinylTech! Kristian reached out to me to set up a time for him to come by and give a free estimate. When he arrived, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the product. He answered all of my questions and had a really nice demo of the product (windows) as well. By the end of the meeting he had an estimate written up for me and told me to call him and let me know whenever we are ready. There wasnâ t any high pressure sales tactics, like â make sure all of the decision makers are homeâ or â this is my best price only tonight if you say yes.â Kristian was very laid back and go with the flow. We ended up going with VinylTech for the 10 windows in our house. After signing all the paperwork, which Kristian came out to our house for, Chris called us 3 days later to set up measurements. Chris was great to work with and very nice gentleman. The windows took 10 weeks to come in, we were quoted 12 weeks, so that was a pleasant surprise. Once we got the call that they had been built, Chris reached out to set up a date. They came out 2 days later. Once they arrived for the install, it was guns blazing! The crew of 3 knocked it out in 4 hours! The quality of the work was incredible. Everyone knows the most important thing about a window is how it is installed. Let me tell you, these guys are professionals and really take pride in the quality of their work! Once they were done and the inspector came out and approved everything, I walked around with the install guys and they answered all the questions I had. I was blown away by how clean the install was. Kristian came out at the end and went over everything with me as well. Overall, I am so pleased with my VinylTech experience and I will recommend them to everyone I come across that needs a service they offer. I know who I will be contacting when it is time for a new roof and siding!"

"The concrete was not level where the cellar doors had to be installed so Andrew had to shim and caulk everything to get the doors secure and functional. He also had to notch out both sides of the enclosure to accommodate an immovable electric cable. I will definitely keep him in mind for future carpentry projects."
