"I first discussed this job with Patrick in October 2018 as they were out to remedy an issue with my old catch basin and I wanted to budget for the basin. I got an estimate and called in February 2019 to schedule to get the work done. Patrick was responsive to the request to schedule the work. They got all the materials upfront and I paid half at the start and the balance after the completion. It took two days to complete the job. They also added new main drain line from the basin to the house. They camera inspected the line before leaving. I also got a 10 year warranty that is transferable if I sell the home. This is the second job that Patrick worked on at my rental and I am happy with the work and cost. Also he looked at a slow draining sink for us. Patrick is very knowledgeable and reliable."

"Very well. It took two visits to determine the extent of the work. I am hoping all this work does the trick and our drains work more properly. We were experiencing slow draining in the two kitchen sinks. The building is old, 131 years old, and has the original stack. The technician said that our catch basin and sewer line are in good shape. It took some time to clear the stack. There is some concern that the stack might need replacing in the future."

They both were professional and answered my numerous questions. The rodding of kitchen drain took longer than I expected because the kitchen drain did not clear immediately. They were were patient and worked through the presenting issues with both the kitchen sink and laundry tub. They also spent time after rodding pipes to look at a potential future project. "Pablo and his son were very professional and respectful of my property and adhered to the covid-19cdc guidelines. My bathtub was totally clogged and my toilet tank was leaking. Pablo rodded the pipe from the bathtub drum to the basement; he had a heck of a time removing the drum cap as it was several inches below the floor. But he did it and he also replaced the cap!! He also replaced the toilet fill valve and the water shutoff valve. The tub was still draining slowly, so he tried clearing it with chemicals I had. The tub continues to drain slowly, but I still give Pablo very high marks for the work he did."

Sediment would plug the drain causing water to build up and create an aquarium in the window well. You pass waterproofing installed a new window well and securely fastened it to the cement foundation. They carefully removed the previous window well and took care not to brutalize the surrounding landscape. Completely satisfied with their work"
