"Our experience with A&D was excellent. After 5 quotes (A&D being the first) and reading through the contracts, not only was A&D's the most direct, but they were also the most honest. No hidden fees or language. Our representative was easy to talk to, made last-minute adjustments before the work started, and was available throughout the project. Each crew that came to complete the work were professional, kind, and had top notch skills. They were very tidy too- and cared about my three dogs’ safety. The project manager addressed all my questions and completed a thorough inspection with me post project. The warranty on work is best in class as well. I am going to use A&D for my future projects. His expert assessment included not just the repair, but other maintenance issues as well. The quote for the full maintenance work seemed very reasonable, and we agreed to have him and his team begin work the next day, a Saturday. More bad weather prevented that. Justin was excellent in his communication, moving the work start to Monday. He texted me an ETA on Sunday night. He texted me again on Monday morning. That kind of excellent communication is what I am always looking for from contractors. The team discovered more repair and maintenance work once on the roof, but did not alter the quoted price. This is a fourth-generation family business. They clearly take great pride in their family legacy. Our roof will likely need to be replaced in the not-too-distant future. We plan to use Gemini for this work as well. Highly recommended!"

"I was called the same Saturday night as my inquiry on Angi’s list. Dario cane out the next day for an estimate replacing a 12 foot area of soffit that was knocked off from the wind. He was able to come on Monday morning and fixed it and also said he can clean all my gutters because the roof is too high for me to clean. He cleaned the gutters for a fair price He and his son were very nice, respectful and cleaned up after their job. I would recommend them for any job!!"

The crew left open holes in my roof on day one, and the ?one-day job? dragged into four days of loud, late work with sloppy cleanup and debris left behind. When they said the job was done, I found exposed nail heads, poor trim work, and granule loss on my brand-new roof. They had to send crews back multiple times, and I still had to hire two independent inspectors at my own expense. I was also charged over $1,000 extra for wood and for trim I didn?t want ? now I?ll have to pay to remove and replace it. Despite repeated promises from management that they would ?take care of me,? my calls, emails, texts, and photos went ignored after one brief call from the GM. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend this company."
