He and his crew were punctual, cleaned up after themselves and did good work. We enjoyed working with Patrick and feel we got a good deal considering everything that needed to be done. When it became clear that we had a serious problem, he quoted us one price for the digging and new clean-out installation and didn't charge us for the initial snake and scope services. He also got the inspector to recommend fixing the sewer under the street, and that was accomplished in a timely manner since a new water main had just been installed on our street and the paving hadn't been completed. We can now feel confident our AirBnB guests will no longer have any plumbing issues!"

While talking about Singapore street food, the Chef did not miss a beat as he quickly changed utensils. Now a slightly bigger auger was dancing down the sewer pipe. The talk of Singapore fine dining was interrupted by the sound of successful auger punch through. Yes, the job was finished and done right. But the most amazing thing the Chef did was make time to follow up on his work. Birds of a feather flock together. I would like to think The Chicago Sewer Experts company is ripe with skilled journeymen the caliber of Chef Jonathan. Employees who care about excellent workmanship with a sense of pride and humor.
