"Within 5 minutes of requesting a quote, they texted me and then called me. My kitchen sink was stopped up in both drains. I had tried draino but it didn't work. Unfortunately the appointment i had for the next day was canceled but rescheduled for the following day and at the time I needed. Gabriel C was my technician that came over to unclog my drain. He was very polite, professional and clean. He was able to get the water out thru the drain pipe right under the sink. He then pulled the rest of my pipes off and found the clog. He was able to get the gunk out and used his equipment and there were no more clogs down the rest of the pipes. He wore his booties inside and cleaned up after himself. "The job took less than a week. The pricing is based upon the perimeter of the area where drain tile is installed and the pump/battery backup I chose. I most appreciated the way that Stoyan worked with me. He made two separate visits to my home and spent more than an hour each time talking me through the science and the job itself in great detail, answering my many questions. He also answered questions via email promptly in an understandable way. When he came out for his final visit after the job was finished, he demonstrated how it works, again staying for as long as it took to answer my questions.
