"I first discussed this job with Patrick in October 2018 as they were out to remedy an issue with my old catch basin and I wanted to budget for the basin. I got an estimate and called in February 2019 to schedule to get the work done. Patrick was responsive to the request to schedule the work. They got all the materials upfront and I paid half at the start and the balance after the completion. It took two days to complete the job. They also added new main drain line from the basin to the house. They camera inspected the line before leaving. I also got a 10 year warranty that is transferable if I sell the home. This is the second job that Patrick worked on at my rental and I am happy with the work and cost. Also he looked at a slow draining sink for us. Patrick is very knowledgeable and reliable."

"Terrence Spranger was my plumber. His quote was fair. He was on time to the job. He replaced my hot water tank and shut off valve. He suggested placing a tray under the tank that has a drain hose just in case the new tank eventually leaks then it won’t run all over my basement. He had the model and serial numbers added to my receipt for insurance purposes. He was very personable and put the customer first. He went beyond what was expected of him to do. Thank you"

They also replaced a leaky faucet in my bathroom. The price quote I received from them was about half the cost from another company that I was connected to through Angi’s list so overall I am very happy. They were fast, professional, courteous, explained everything, and cleaned up everything after the job was done. I highly recommend Mario & Sons for any work that you need completed. The crew worked quickly and professionally. But it was Stoyan who was the expert and who really helped us through the multiple steps of this project with a sense of urgency to take advantage of the good weather in December. Mike from Da Vinci took care of all administrative and legal requirements. He refused to let the bureaucracy stall the project. Once permits were in hand, work commenced immediately. Da Vinci OWNS all tools and equipment required to install underground work. No delays for equipment rental! Work proceeded quickly and efficiently. Was not told ahead of time that I would need to pay 408 dollars for essentially hooking up a wet vac to the end of a pipe and turning it on for thirty seconds Expected to pay $200 Actual payment was $493 Line codes from the invoice S-Service Call $85.00 S-Blow Out Condensate Drain $408.00 DESCRIPTION OF WORK / RECOMMENDATIONS from vendor Condensate pvc drain clogged with sludge & slime. Cleared condensate drain with nitrogen & vacuum. Unit draining properly after repair. 0ppm co reading. No gas leaks found. Customer recently had a cc completed. All ok at departure. Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."

This year we finally decided to do something about the settling in the addition and again hired Permaseal to install piers around the foundation (interior and exterior). Hugo M. and his team did an outstanding job, working through some very cold days, installing everything as planned and at each moment stopping to show us the work and the progress. The work required going through the drain tile on the interior pier locations and the team reinstalled the drain tile system before pouring the final concrete. The work was really well done and everything was left clean and picked up, which is remarkable considering the scope of the work."
