"I first discussed this job with Patrick in October 2018 as they were out to remedy an issue with my old catch basin and I wanted to budget for the basin. I got an estimate and called in February 2019 to schedule to get the work done. Patrick was responsive to the request to schedule the work. They got all the materials upfront and I paid half at the start and the balance after the completion. It took two days to complete the job. They also added new main drain line from the basin to the house. They camera inspected the line before leaving. I also got a 10 year warranty that is transferable if I sell the home. This is the second job that Patrick worked on at my rental and I am happy with the work and cost. Also he looked at a slow draining sink for us. Patrick is very knowledgeable and reliable."

"Within 5 minutes of requesting a quote, they texted me and then called me. My kitchen sink was stopped up in both drains. I had tried draino but it didn't work. Unfortunately the appointment i had for the next day was canceled but rescheduled for the following day and at the time I needed. Gabriel C was my technician that came over to unclog my drain. He was very polite, professional and clean. He was able to get the water out thru the drain pipe right under the sink. He then pulled the rest of my pipes off and found the clog. He was able to get the gunk out and used his equipment and there were no more clogs down the rest of the pipes. He wore his booties inside and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Gabriel C for any of your plumbing needs."

They also replaced a leaky faucet in my bathroom. The price quote I received from them was about half the cost from another company that I was connected to through Angi’s list so overall I am very happy. They were fast, professional, courteous, explained everything, and cleaned up everything after the job was done. I highly recommend Mario & Sons for any work that you need completed. "Our project which was rather complicated went very well. We wanted to move an existing basement window opening and install an egress window. The sales rep, Craig, was responsive and respectful. The crew worked quickly and professionally. But it was Stoyan who was the expert and who really helped us through the multiple steps of this project with a sense of urgency to take advantage of the good weather in December. They know what they are doing. Great experience and we would use them again!"

Was not told ahead of time that I would need to pay 408 dollars for essentially hooking up a wet vac to the end of a pipe and turning it on for thirty seconds Expected to pay $200 Actual payment was $493 Line codes from the invoice S-Service Call $85.00 S-Blow Out Condensate Drain $408.00 DESCRIPTION OF WORK / RECOMMENDATIONS from vendor Condensate pvc drain clogged with sludge & slime. Cleared condensate drain with nitrogen & vacuum. Unit draining properly after repair. 0ppm co reading. No gas leaks found. Customer recently had a cc completed. All ok at departure. Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."

They both were professional and answered my numerous questions. The rodding of kitchen drain took longer than I expected because the kitchen drain did not clear immediately. They were were patient and worked through the presenting issues with both the kitchen sink and laundry tub. They also spent time after rodding pipes to look at a potential future project. I look forward to using perma seal in the future."
