I now know this company is 100% just openly committing fraud. they sales person will tell you they do everything right that they will strip everything down to the studs and put up all new water barrier then install their patent 100% water proof panel that will last a life time. in reality their contractors have confirmed the NEVER tear down the previous water barrier unless they see water damage. they threw the walls over 35yr old green board so the panels do not stick and are not level. On top of that their contractors confirmed these are just your normal every day acrylic panels you get at home depot for $800-1500. They initially quoted me $16,000 for the job but because it was black friday and other deals they lower it to $9000 but I had to decided on spot if they walked out of the house it jump up to $16000. $16000 to rip out your old panel and throw up a normal everyday acrylic panel. Seriously dont just walk away from this company RUN!!!!!!!!! dont given into their fraudulent and predatory sales tactics. I am looking into all legal options to avoid paying for this fraudulent rush scam they are trying to run. I will never ever do business with this company and you shouldn't either

High pressure sales tactics. Job felt a little rushed. Faucet is loose to the point of causing the caulk to come apart. Tried getting in touch with the company but they have not returned my calls or emails.

Tear out of both old shower and tub went well, no issues. New shower installation also went well, but noticed the shower head was a bit low for my height at over 6 feet tall. No problem, before I knew it, a goose neck pipe had been installed, which did the trick. About 6 hours for the whole job.

It went smooth. It was done before the expected time frame. The gentleman was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was very neat and clean and very careful about getting stuff on the carpets. Would recommend.

They were on time, quick, and clean on the installation day. I like the product and it looks great! However, after I made the appointment, unexpected things happened that made it not possible for me to take the day off work. When I explained that to customer service, they said it would cost $250. I understand that was part of the contract, but I was really in a bind and looking for some flexibility. I clarified my options with the person in charge of scheduling saying, "so I can either pay $250 and wait about a month to have my bathroom done on a different day or lose money and have issues at work." She stated "yes, I guess that's what I'm saying." Luckily, I was able to to work things out with a friend to be there part of the time, but I had to take the morning off then rush home to sign off on the work because they finished earlier than expected. As much as I like the shower, I will go with another company over Bath Planet when I redo my upstairs bathroom

Installers were on time, were professional and knowledgeable, outcome looks amazing and was done in a very timely manner.

Just like the brochure! From the start of this project to the finish, we are delighted with our experience with Bath Planet. On the day of our estimate, we awoke to a major snowstorm. We figured that the appointment would be canceled. Not so! BP's intrepid salesman braved the elements to keep the appointment. Although pleased with the plan and estimate, in our effort to due diligence, we scheduled an appointment with another firm. They flaked on us! We promptly called Bath Planet and scheduled. Marek arrived within the window provided. We were surprised that he was alone. Surely this was a two-person job. His work was impeccable, the bathroom was left spotless. There was a small glitch that Marek addressed immediately! He truly is a master craftsman and a man who takes great pride in his work and his word. The shower is stunning! Beyond delighted!!!

It went great! Alex did a stupendous job! He was prompt, highly skilled and friendly! In under five hours, he had the old shower torn out and the new one installed! I now have a shower I am proud to show off!

My installer's name is Marek. I watched him most of the time & conversed with him. He is a very personable guy. He used drop cloths & was very careful with his garbage. He did not make a mess & threw out all his garbage & swept up when he was done. He took care to measure & cut his parts. He explained everything he was doing; and I learned a lot from him. The end result is that he did a fine job & it looks terrific. This was for one of my rental units & he did it with such care as if it was his own bathroom!

The experience was easy. From the consultation with Mike to the installation with Darryl and Tony. I was informed of everything that occurred during each process. I was asked my opinion instead of being told what needed and was provided knowledgeable information when I asked questions. The removal was easy and the team left my house clean. The team even left the drive way clean where they were cutting pieces, which I really appreciated because of my dogs.

The work went smoothly and took only a few hours. Tower for accessories, and the grab bar were installed where I directed them to be placed. Installers made sure I was satisfied with all aspects of the install. I love my new shower!

They were great, I highly recommended them, I really like them, even the sales man they were good to us. If you want your bathroom done call them.

My initial consultation was good, but when they drop the price from 13,000 to 6900., almost half we should have went with another company. We signed the contract, and we paid cash for this project. I received an installation date. So I bought a new sink, toilets, flooring and paint,.. so once the shower was complete another contracting company was going to finish the remodeling. Bath planet installation department call me and said they had to reschedule due to a back order.. no problem. We rescheduled, I cancel my vacation plans so I can get this work done. A week later the installation department called me again to reschedule, saying it's a longer back order date. At this point I am very upset...I had to reschedule the other contractors, I cancel my vacation, I bought materials to match the design I chose. I emailed kevin the sales manager, and explained my disappointment. He called me, and stated that the order was indeed back ordered, and it was out of their control. He recommended that the sales rep come back to the house with other designs..I agreed. From this point on customer service went down hill. I had to email and call to find out the status of the sales rep., I left kevin an email and a voice message, no reply. I did not hear from him and time was of essence. I spoke to the finance manager, she was helpful. The sales rep., finally connected with me and I chose another color that was close to my original choice. I asked him why the back order was not mention before I signed the contract, and have a cash deposit, he stated he didn't know until the next day. Before the 72 hour cancellation grace period the company responsibility should been to notified the customer (me) and let me decide. In my email to the sales manager, I explained everything has to be returned and i would now have to buy another sink, flooring, etc , to match the new color, the paint I am stuck with. The installer was on time, he finish the job in 9 hours. Im not satisfied with some of the issues with the final installation. I emailed the sales, finance, and installation managers of the issue and I attached pictures. I was initially excited about the bathroom remodeling, this company has definitely put a damper on my feeling. I should have canceled when they cut the price in half, that was a red flag. Updated 10/7/2019 I submitted a review 9/14/2019 regarding my experience, and they responded. I made an appointment with the company installation department Dennis for October 4th, no one showed nor did they call. My husband said maybe because of my review, they decided not to honor their work or give us the courtesy and let us know they will not correct the damaged caddy, and the other issues. Updated 10/14/2019 After contacting the company via email and phone, and attaching pictures of the work, they arranged to have an serviceman come out and repair the job and replace the scuffed shaving caddy. The appointment was almost a month away on Oct.4, 2019 between 2 & 4pm. I took off work just in case they wanted to come early. I call the company the day before and advise that I would be home the entire day. On Friday the serviceman never made the appointment or call. I again emailed the company. I called to speak to the owner, and the finance manager Julie called instead. Saturday my bathroom was scheduled for the completed job of the remodeling project. I explained to Julie I did not want them to come to my home at this point. This project has taking 2 months. Now the grab bar handles on the shower doors and the shower faucet cover is loose. They put in a new pipe tool, hopefully that is correct. This has been a nightmare.

My wife and I have lived in our house for almost three years now. We knew from the start we were going to need to replace the master bath/shower. We reached out to multiple companies and finally ended up working with Bath Planet. I wish we would have found them sooner. The entire process was pain free. From picking out our tub/shower to installation, our expectations were exceeded. We did have a minor hiccup at the beginning of the process, but the team helped us out. The price defiantly meets the quality of the product. When we remodel our guest bath in the next 5 years, we will be going with Bath Planet again.

From beginning to the end the project went smoothly. Will have them remodel my master bathroom. The install went fine and finished before expected. I had a follow issue with a pipe a few days after the remodel. The contractor was great and helped me out greatly. The guy I talked to on the phone was a d*** tho. I wasn’t fighting having to pay but he was getting loud about it. Trying to convince me to pay and I had to stop him or he would of kept going. If that was my first interactions with this company I would of not had the work done.

Everything went according to plan. We contacted a representative, they sent a sales rep out to our house as promised, an installation date was set, and the work was done. There were no glitches. The shower stall looks great and makes a huge difference in how our bathroom and master bedroom look. I was very impressed with the installer and the work that was done. Not only was the work done to specification he cleaned up after himself.

Would certainly use again and highly recommend you try them.
