We always try and schedule an appointment time where both the husband and wife can be present, as we’ve learned over the years that the two sides typically have very different questions and concerns about home improvement projects. If we can answer all questions and address all concerns during the initial visit, it can greatly cut down on the time needed for the appointment. Ultimately our sales consultations are just that, ‘consultations’, and so we always set aside at least an hour to an hour and a half for each appointment to ensure that we have enough time to answer any/all questions. Of course if someone has already done a lot of research on our products and knows exactly what they want, the initial consultation can be much shorter."

We provided the information regarding the estimated availability as the information became available from our supplier. Unfortunately, this meant delaying the installation while we waited for product availability. We offered the color substitution as an option because of the timeline you requested for installation. However, we also gave the option of staying with the original color until the product became available. Our service technician is scheduled, per the date you requested, to address any remaining issues. Again, we apologize for the installation delay caused by the supplier's backorder."
