"Walter was easy and great to work with. We had a water leak in our first floor ceiling and we had 3 different plumbers come out to diagnose the cause and none of them could figure it out. Walter was the only one able to diagnose the problem. Turns out the pipe supplying cold water to the upstairs shower was leaking in the drywall. Unfortunately that drywall is between a shower and bath tub. So the shower had to be replaced in the process of getting to the leaking pipe. Even when we weren’t certain replacing the shower was the right move, Walter was patient with us and was not pushy. They replaced shower, fixed the leaking pipe and repaired the drywall of the first floor celing. The job was completed in a day and half."

"The installer showed up on time and went straight to work. We discussed a couple of issues he ran into and these were resolved to my satisfaction. It's been a few motnhs since the bathtub was removed and the new shower installed. There have been no problems."

"We love our new bathtub, surround and shower doors! Don and Carol came out to give us a price and two weeks later we had a beautiful bathroom. Ken the installer was very professional and very meticulous in his work. He was awesome and did a fantastic job. He always arrived on time and cleaned up very well. We are very happy with Bathcrest of Chicago!"

"Gorgeous work!! Friendly and confident workers. We are SUPER happy with our new bathtub and shower wall. We loved our sales rep, and the installer was great too. They were both very understanding of our hectic home with three kiddos ?? we only had a shower stall in our main bathroom before the install, so we are really enjoying the deep soaker bathtub with kids! A lot less splashing on the floor. So thankful for all of the hard work put into this for us!!"

"I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."

"Omni Baths and Tony were fantastic to work with. Organized, efficient, professional - and an absolutely beautiful end product. Would recommend over and over."

"We hired Antonio for a complete bathroom remodel from top to bottom. His workmanship was excellent as was his customer service. His team was also outstanding. I would hire him again and recommend him for any bathroom and/or tile job."

"I take a lot of pride in my home, and as a fur mom, I need spaces that are both beautiful and practical. My bathroom was starting to feel outdated, so I decided it was time to upgrade the bathtub and replace the old fixtures. Century City Baths made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. The installation team was professional, respectful, and meticulous. They kept everything clean throughout the project and paid close attention to every detail. The new bathtub is comfortable and beautiful, while the updated fixtures instantly made the bathroom feel more polished and refreshed. Century City Baths transformed my bathroom into a space that feels stylish, comfortable, and perfectly suited to my lifestyle. I couldn't be happier with the result."

"Excel, did an excellent job answering our million questions and was courteous. We had an issue that wasn't Excel's fault. My wife wanted the patio doors that has the blinds inside the window. But the last update that Excel received from our village was it doesn't meet code. So we had to go with the regular patio doors. So once the windows and patio door was replaced, the village had to approve it. So as the village inspector was doing his job, I took it upon myself to ask why the village doesn't allow patio doors with blinds inside the windows. The inspector informed me that we can, the particular code was changed some time back. Excel wasn't aware of the change, so we immediately called Excel informing them of what we just heard. Excel without hesitation got us the windows that my wife originally wanted. Excel made my wife happy, which made me happy later on that night & that night our patio doors were changed to the ones she wanted!!! Thanks Excel!!"
