"Marcin was very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects. His recommendations for our shower replacement really helped us. He thoroughly went through all our options and helped us fine tune our decision. His pricing was very fair and he demonstrated a sincere desire to make sure that were were happy with our decision. His work was outstanding and he even corrected some floor issues that surfaced to make sure that there would be no problems down the road. Marcin laid down a tarp throughout our house and in the bathroom work area to keep things as clean as possible. He also kept us up to date as the project progressed. He also pointed out that because our walls weren't squared, he had some difficulty aligning the shower door. IMO most contractors wouldn't bother to point this out. We love our shower, but after a little over a week, we felt that the shower door wasn't quite right and was "catching". Now talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We called Marcin and told him we thought the door wasn't quite right. His business is 30 miles away from us but he showed up the very next day and had a fix for the door, which now opens and closes perfectly. We love our new shower as it's a big improvement over our prior one and we highly recommend Marcin and DeLuxe Bath."

"Steve did a great job refinishing our gold bathtub to white. He was very prompt and courteous. In and out in about 2 hours with no mess left behind. "We've all heard those horror stories about bad contractors and botched remodels. Well, this isn't one of them. We decided to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms, so we researched reputable companies - using the popular home project review websites, Googling and combing through reviews, asking around, the usual. We made a list of about eight contractors and we met with six of them. There were two that we liked but Mark's ideas and attention to detail were better during the consultation, so we hired him to remodel our bathrooms. It's important to note that we made the first large payment with our credit card, really because we were afraid of hiring a contractor and having them disappear after we paid them. We were very cautious. After that first payment and spending some time with Mark and his crews, we were happy to write him checks when he asked because he had earned our trust. In fact, we had a punch list of some minor items after the jobs were completed, and Mark made sure everything was taken care of immediately, and this was after our final payment had already been made. His crews were on time every day and worked hard the whole time they were here. We liked the quality of their work and the materials they used so much, we had them stay and replace our basement floor. We then moved on to our other large project, our kitchen remodel. We trusted Mark and his crews so much that we gave them full access to our home while we were out on vacation. A pipe burst during that week, and one of Mark's men noticed it right away and fixed it immediately (Mark ran out to buy the needed plumbing supplies), preventing the basement from flooding and saving us quite a lot of money and frustration. We are first time remodelers, so we were asking questions and changing things throughout, yet Mark and his crews were incredibly patient, flexible, and professional. I can't recommend Mark and Modern View enough. We LOVE our sparkling new kitchen and bathrooms! A contractor who is honest, talented, professional, charges a very fair price, and is such a nice man. "Was a very smooth experience from start to finish. From the initial contact person, to the person that came to my home to scope out the work, to the supervisor for the job to the two guys doing the work. All were very good at their jobs. I just needed to have the cracked tub surround replaced in a small bathroom and wasn't sure that anyone would want to do that small of a job. They were up front from the start that if they were going to do the work that they would also need to replace the plumbing as they would not take the chance of doing work with leaking plumbing behind it. I then also decided to have a the soffit above the shower (from a previous owner's remodel job) removed which added a lot of work to remove the framing and install ceiling dry wall, making the job much more complicated. I told them that my biggest requirement was going to be that if I was going to pay for someone to do something that I could do myself that when it was finished I expected it to look much better than what I could have done. When it was done they exceeded that goal greatly and every day now I notice some other small detail that the nailed perfect."
