"This is the second time we have used Modern View. just like before mark was very punctual and explained what he thought was the best countertop for the job. He directed us to his warehouse where a variety of quartz stones were available to chose from. Anna, who was an employee, did a wonderful job assisting us in finding the right color stone. Mark's workers came a couple of weeks later and in a two hour period of time removed the old countertops and bar sink and replaced them with the new quartz countertops and a new bar sink. things could not have gone better. My wife and I are very happy with the result. We have recommended Modern View to all of our friends and relatives."

"I contacted High Quality Painting LLC to repaint my fence after severely neglecting it for many years. Most of the paint was already stripped or peeling away, and had been for years, so there was significant damage to the wood as well. They were very confident about identifying the damaged boards and replacing them as well. When they got started, they found quite a few more damaged boards, and ultimately replaced more than what was quoted at no charge. They also recommended I get the fence stained instead of repainted, which is something I had not considered, and am very glad they pointed me in that direction because I think it will help prevent many of the problems I had in the future and be much easier to maintain. The workers were professional and willing to show up on incredibly hot days in between the rainy days to get the work done. I brought up another issue with the gate of the fence rubbing when opened, and that was also fixed at no charge which I appreciated."
