Upon the initial appraisal of the repairs, Ms. Garcia (the owner) realized that due to the age of the house, the repairs were going to be more extensive than initially thought and they might not be complete until after the closing date. Turns out the chimney liner was full of holes, potentially a safety issue. If I had hired the other companies that would not have been addressed. Quality of the work was great, always showed up on time and left the job site clean. Main office staff was friendly and easy to get ahold of. If there were any changes they always communicated it ahead of time. The new grout blended in perfectly, chimneys look much better. I also appreciated they offered crown coat, my crowns were in bad shape and look much nicer after using crown coat. They even fixed up some stuff on my brick lamp post."

"Honest tech, Prior to this apointment I had someone clean my boiler who stated that my chimney needed cleaning. when the tech came in he detached the chimney pipe to the boiler and showed me how clean it already was, and told me that it did not need cleaning. NO CHARGE."
