I go quotes from angi from 3 companies. for roof. chandler quote was 11,000. power roofing quote was 19,000, including 2000$ to sheath my whole roof, special work to my chimney and fix my gutter and i can finance it. i was going to sign the contract until chase came and said they can beat everyone's else quote and quoted me 10,300. I agreed with them and said sign an agreement that was on their phone. the agreement said that they would give 3 free sheets of plywood, and they extras would be 275 a sheet. they asked for half payment. I gave them 5,300. I asked when was they going to start and they said next week. next week came and i called them and asked when was they coming. they said in another week in a half. i called angi to cancel and get my money. they then called me and said they will be out saturday coming up. they came and took all my shingles off. the owner or whoever he was, came to me and said he can't do my roof for the quote prize. and that he was was going to have to replace all the wood on my roof and the job would now be 24,000. i told him I didn't have no 24,000 thats why I took his qoute.i asked him did he finance ans he said no. i told him to just be the shingles on my roof. he said he could not because he men put holes in the some of the roof when they step on it. he said i would ne 50 sheets, but he had 37 piece with him and they he could put them up.ld cost me 10,300, He said the wood would cost me 10,300 i asked him how come his osb sheets cost 275 when at home depot they cost 25$. He said he has to take old wood off which i dont recall him doing. he nailed on top of old wood. they stopped working and my roof was bare. he said that he was concerned that i would not pay and they i was going to have to show him they money or give a check from the bank. i went and got a check from the bank for 15,300. because i didn;t want to leave my roof bare it rained the next dday and they day after that. i issue with them is that He quoted me under everyone i talk to but end up charging more than everone else for have the material and work. i didn't get my whole roof sheath, they chimney work done and he left my gutter hanging saying i have to get someone to do my gutter, if it He was deceitful, dishonest, coning, 20,000 is a lot of money to hand over at one time When I could have gotten it finance. He took my rrof and immediatly started his con job. he only put wood on half my house. i paid more for less because of his lies. He never gave me a reciept.

Poorly, I would give them a 0 rating. The owner committed to a high quality and professional job. He said he would arrive to my job site on Saturday. May 25, 2024. That morning he text me to let me know Sonny would supervise the project. He arrived with two workers of Mexican heritage. He asked about the work to be completed. I walked outside and showed him the few bricks per the contract that were to be repaired. I walked to the east side of my home to greet the gentlemen who were digging to repair the leak in my basement within ten minutes I walked inside my home. Approximately 20-30 minutes I exited my home to check on Sonny. I found him chiseling away at my way and not in the area of the damage but half way up the wall thereby creating a bigger problem. He immediately ran toward me S I stood there looking and tried to convince me there was water behind the wall and that the bricks were brittle. He called the owner who said there would be an increase in the cost as the job got bigger. I never signed a new contact, Problem two: Sonny left the job site for about two hours or more. Upon his return I exited my home again to check on the workers. By then Sonny had a shovel in his hand then said I see something suspicious, I asked him what. He started picking away at the wall of the foundation. I took the shovel from one of the workers and pulled away the soil in the area he tried to claim a problem. He said that's an additional $1600.00. I told him he was a liar and scammer as he had already damaged my front wall now trying to convince me I had a bigger waterproofing project. I called the owner and told him I wanted nothing to do with that scammer. I asked him to leave. I complained multiple times yo the owner who said don't let one bad apple spoil your day. Problem three: I told the owner specifically not to come to my property as I wound not meet with him again alone. On Sunday, May 26 Murray, he called early morning said they were there planning to finish the entire wall. I reminded him that he was told clearly I would not be home and he was not to step foot on my property. Another scam, he thought, in my view as why would he show up after being told not to. I have the transcript of this conversation. I have provided video and photo evidence. I am prepared to provide transcripts with dates and times of our conversations, I wondered why his trucks don't carry the name of his business but rather a phone number and work they perform. Additionally the owner's mobile phone shows up on my text messages as a number without a name. If it's a real business why would he not have the business associated with the mobile number. The original Invoice included the website of the company. When I opened it the website was of a company out of Florida with an impeccable record. I contacted the owners to inquire about this. I have e-mails to support this as well. I informed the owner of my displeasure with the supposed finished waterproofing project. My siding is damaged in certain areas as well. This company should not be allowed to operate. I am a senior citizen as well, I feel totally violated as a consumer. The most egregious part of this is the damage Sonny deliberately caused to my property and the obvious lie about seeing something suspicious on my foundation wall,, thereby trying to up-charge me for the damage and emotional upheaval. I'm now researching other contractors requiring more time and money!!
