We perform Chicago home inspections, and we leave no stone unturned. When we have finished, you will receive a report that lists out all the uncovered defects in a detailed, easy-to-read inspection report. We will be there to give you support and to answer any questions that might come up after the fact. As members of InterNACHI, our inspectors get continuing education and training to stay up to date on the latest techniques and technology for home inspectors.

"I used Chris Pasten as my inspector since 2021, sending him consistent business without ever asking for referrals. Still, I often had to coordinate everything myself. The last straw was when I asked him to call my client directly, and he didn?t. After a short delay while I confirmed Sunday worked, he gave the spot away, then got defensive when I raised the issue. I also brought up a prior moment where he looked at my wife inappropriately during an inspection. She was newly pregnant at the time, and I respectfully told him to respect boundaries. Instead of owning anything, he accused me of being ?borderline abusive? and said he wouldn?t work with me again. I didn?t curse, threaten, or attack. I simply asked for mutual respect after four years of loyalty. The way he deflected and gaslit me spoke volumes. If you?re an agent or investor who values professionalism, I?d recommend someone else."
