Also new counter tops in kitchen and bathroom. Complete repaint inside and out within three years. HVAC and Water Heater replaced 5 years ago. New carpet 3 years ago. Would not recommend."

Another company valued my property at $260,000 in September as the new company was very meticulous. I will not recommend JB Appraisal due to his incompetence, lousy, and biased report. I do not think this only happened to me. The most awful appraisal ever. Please save yourself any stress. Do not do business with JB Appraisal."
