Jay is terrific--smart, responsive and hard-working. He knows the Chicago housing market very well, particularly on the North Shore (Highland Park, Glencoe, Winnetka, etc.). We always felt like he was on our side and wasn't just trying to make a quick commission. He took us to see dozens of homes, and never made us feel as if we were wasting his time. He is laid back and never tried to talk us into anything or push us in any direction, but, at the same time, he answered all of our questions and went above and beyond in many ways. He is incredibly responsive -- if you call or text him, he will respond within minutes. And perhaps most importantly, he is a strong negotiator.
