Tom was quick and easy to deal with. I call him at a relatively late hour and he called me right back. Spent time on the phone with me explaining things that I simply didn't know to ask. The appraisal happened quickly and the details were thorough. He called me after sending the appraisal to answer any questions. Very collegial and easy to work with.
