"Thank you for the response. We pride ourselves with accurate and professional reports. Most appraisal assignments industry wide are accomplished in approximately one week. The on-site inspection process is only one aspect of the assignment. Time is taken to carefully select the comparables sales after viewing the property and from there these comparables need to be photographed and the report is developed. Please note that your report was completed within four days which we believe far exceeds the industry norm. Thank you for your insight."
