Had JS Appraisals appraise my house for a VA loan. James Reported that the house had not been updated for 15+ years. The house just had a new lifetime roof installed days before the appraisal. Also new counter tops in kitchen and bathroom. Complete repaint inside and out within three years. HVAC and Water Heater replaced 5 years ago. New carpet 3 years ago. Would not recommend.

Appraiser did his job as well as I think he could have done it, efficient, prompt and very professional. I didn't have any questions at the end of the appointment, he was very informative over the process, timing and final product.

James was great. Very professional. Gave him an impossible time frame. He did it and even took one day off my deadline. The appraisal was for divorce reasons, would have liked a more favorable result but it is what it is and was fair. I will recommend James and his organization to anyone needing his services.

I hired James to appraise my property for real estate tax purposes. Because of his unique comparable, the tax assessor agreed with his valuation, and reduced my taxes. Yes!!

Jim was very easy to work with on the appraisal of my property. I live out of state and requested the appraisal with only a few days notice and a narrow window of time that I'd be available. Jim was friendly and accommodating in spite of that. The best thing about his customer service was communication. He asked a lot of questions, made sure I knew what to expect, and followed up frequently to make sure I got his emails and understood the information he sent. I'm glad I went with JS Appraisals.

They were very quick and accommodating. Jim did a lot of work before even getting there and asked great detailed questions about why we needed the appraisal.
