Well written appraisal comparing my property to others that sold in the area. The report included not just comparisons of other properties but much information from local and county records. The appraiser took special care to evaluate not just the current property value but also the estimated value from the late 1990's when my dad died. This was a great tax savings. Definitely a 5 star appraisal.

The only thing I am not happy about is the price it appraised for. I feel that he is a little on the high side. But we will see what the bank says. I think he appraised it about 10 grand too high. Just because a house similar sells for a certain price does not mean it is worth that much. It also took a day longer than expected. But Todd was professional and thorough.
